THE FOLLOWING ARE THE TEN (10) BASIC/KEY CRITERIA

 1. Must be a Tanzanian;

  2. Must be admitted by a fully accredited University and HLI for Degree, HD and Diploma 

3. Must be a person with no financial assistance from other sources; 

4. Must have applied for loan through OLAMS; 

5. Must be a continuing student who has passed exams and is progressing to the next year;

 6. Must have been admitted as a full-time student; 

7. Must have completed ACSE, or equivalent qualifications not earlier than 2015/16

8. Must be under 30 years of age at the time of application; 

9. Applicants whose parents are Directors and Senior Managers in private companies recognized by revenue and registration authorities are expected not to apply;
